ARKshield / ARKVelocity
You can request deletion of your ARKshield account and associated data at any time. The same process applies whether you used ARKshield on the website, the iOS app, or the Android app. This is a verified, manual request process; we do not offer an instant self-delete button for security reasons.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@arkvelocity.com with the subject line:
Delete my account
Please include the following information:
- The email address used on your ARKshield account
- Your full name or display name on the account
- Whether you used the website, the iOS app, the Android app, or a combination
- Any proof or share links you want deleted with the account
What happens next
Our support team reviews your request and may contact you to verify ownership of the account. Verification helps protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests.
Once verified, we delete your account and associated personal data, including your profile details and account identifiers. Processing typically takes a few business days after verification; complex or large accounts may take longer. We notify you at the email address associated with your account when the process is complete.
Some records may be retained for a reasonable period where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or operational obligations. In addition, content you submitted remains subject to the license described in our Terms of Service, and copies of proofs you previously shared may remain accessible to those recipients. Data handling is otherwise governed by our Privacy Policy.
